My life..... is a rather complex little story. I grew up in a small forested area close to stonegate. Life was fine, for us, till about my 6th birthday, We where outside, doing normal things most children would do. When out of no where, a pack of ogres came into the area, I was shocked by the size and monstrosity figures and faces of these beasts. I was so scared I couldn't move. The next thing I know, is that I am being carried off by them, glancing over their shoulder I see, my brother running for me, But it was no use, He stumbled from being out of breathe and tripped over a log. Was this the end of me, where they going to eat me, These questions randomly floated into my mind. As we passed close to a huge forest, I was hit over the head with a big thick tree branch, I blackened out. When I awoke, I noticed I was chained to the walls. I freaked out a little, then the ogre came in and said they would keep me as a slave till I was good enough to eat. I was rather skinny so they figured they would work me and plumped me up. So each day as I worked and was stuff so full of food. I would sleep, and wait till the ogres left, and I would puke my guts up. I couldn't allow myself to give into them and allow them to eat me. After a few weeks, an elf came and was imprisoned with me. he seemed to understand the mechanisms of locks and could pick them at his will and relock them. We went out at nights to practice and learn new fighting techniques, we where too afraid to just run off. but one day, I had the nerve to try. He picked my lock before the ogre came. They grabbed the poor Elven thief, and dragged him to another room. all's I could hear where bones snapping and a horrific scream. I took the bones of the beast they made us eat. And sharpened it on the stone ground. I made my way without haste into the top level of the ogre mound. I stabbed the guard in his upper leg and took off not stopping till I would find the first place that came to me. This was stonegate. not ever seeing a city. I was amazed by it. I made a few friends quickly there. I even got the chance to meet a duchess, She was the duchess of brynn, I vouched my life to work beside her and I will remain with her till I cannot longer fight, or till she sees it fit that I go on my own.
