Antonus

Antonus Akamatsu was born naught but 19 years ago at the time of this writing. He was born to an honorable family, and was born into immediate training under his older brother, Katsu. Katsu taught him all the ways that he knew of the dagger, and Antonus learned quickly. From the graceful parry of blades to the brutal sneak attack, the boy quickly became adept at anything his brother put before him. However I digress... anyhow my son, Antonus that is now active as part of the military of Tattingham just as his brother was, and I had been at one time years ago. Now of course, I spend my days with the boy's mother in Kisah, squelching my time away with the finer things in life. I wrote this letter of course hoping to vouch for the boy's fine upbringing and readiness to serve faithfully under whatever Baron or Baroness might come to Tattingham. Anyhow, moving on... as the boy grew up, he was of course a bit of a trouble maker among his peers... quite outspoken I'd say. It was nary a rare day that he'd come home with dried blood on his face or fists. Made his mother quite nervous it did, however, when he reached the age of 16 we decided to leave the fair city of Tattingham and spend our time elsewhere. However, Antonus decided he would rather stay there under the care of his brother. A few years have past, and Katsu has disappeared from the scene, but Antonus remains, and my heart prays to the totems that his life will continue on for quite some years and decades. Ah... it seems I could write on and on forever about the deeds of the young man, Antonus. However, why write of deeds past when I can look to the far greater deeds that he may perform in the future. Oh, my name by the way, Kadeth Akamatsu, his father... and his mother continually glances over my shoulder as I scratch this letter down, her name... Alicane. Oh, and on a final note, it seems my son has finally found a woman to settle down with, so perhaps she'll calm his rugged tendencies a bit... or perhaps not. *signed in a flowing elvish script* Kadeth A.
