------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It is 4 o'clock pm, Day of the Sun, 27th the Month of the Grand Struggle.
Leowyn Solsword a human with strawberry blonde hair and blue eyes, is here, riding a bay Clydesdale horse.
A lion has arrived.
You dazzle Leowyn with your smile.
You now follow Leowyn.
Leowyn must like you a great deal to beam at you so broadly!
Leowyn dismounts from a bay Clydesdale horse.
Leowyn lowers down to kneel before the lady as he bows his head," Milady Baroness."
You join Leowyn's group.
You are being guarded by Leowyn.
You dazzle Leowyn with your smile.
You say to Leowyn, 'Thank you for coming so quickly.'
You dazzle Leowyn with your smile.
You ask Leowyn, 'Shall we go?'
Leowyn smiles and stands," Of course Milady."
Leowyn tightens his grip on a gebendarian lance.
Leowyn hops on a bay Clydesdale horse's back.
You stop using a hematite encased asp spine.
You put a hematite encased asp spine in a spacious black leather sheath with wool padding.
Leowyn gets the shield of the abyss from a pair of saddlebags.
Leowyn leaves east, riding on a bay Clydesdale horse.
You follow Leowyn.
The Western Road
Leowyn stops using a brass lantern.
Leowyn uses the shield of the abyss as a shield.
A Stonegate Guard exclaims, 'Greetings Baroness!'
A Stonegate Guard exclaims, 'Hail the Heron!'
A Stonegate Guard says, 'Welcome to the free city of Stonegate.'
A Stonegate Guard exclaims, 'Greetings Serf!'
A Stonegate Guard exclaims, 'Hail the Heron!'
A Stonegate Guard says, 'Welcome to the free city of Stonegate.'
A table with a burning candle on it is here.
(Ridden) A bay Clydesdale horse is standing here.

A street cat is here, bathing itself.

A barmaid is here, serving drinks
A lion has arrived.
A barmaid asks, 'Hello! sit down, make yourself comfortable! Can I get you anything?'
A barmaid giggles.
A barmaid asks, 'Hello! sit down, make yourself comfortable! Can I get you anything?'
A barmaid giggles.
Leowyn dismounts from a bay Clydesdale horse.
You dazzle Sarion with your smile.
Leowyn stops using a gebendarian lance.
Leowyn puts a gebendarian lance in A satchel.
Leowyn slides away the lance upon the horse as he ties it up outside leaving it there.
Leowyn then scans about the tavern carefully before offering the Baroness a nod once and escorting her within.
Kylara rubs the lion's head and motions for him to move to the corner.
Leowyn walks within pulling out a chair for the Baroness, before then offering a polite bow to Sarion, his right fist against the upper left hand
corner of his chest before turning and positioning himself behind the chair of the Baroness.
A lion moves to the corner of the room and turns to watch the entrance for strangers.
A lion sits down and rests.
As you look around you see:
Scarlet Gate Tavern
This little tavern, built right against the city wall to the east, is what
most would expect from a tavern. Dimly lit, smelling of beer and other
drinks, sawdust on the floor, a stout wooden bar against one wall, and a few
buxom lasses serving whatever one might want to order. The bustle of Scarlet
and the traffic from the gate area is to the north.
[Exits: north]
A table with a burning candle on it is here.
(Charmed) A lion is resting here.
A bay Clydesdale horse is standing here.
Leowyn Solsword a human with strawberry blonde hair and blue eyes, is here.
A street cat is here, bathing itself.
Sarion a human with brown hair and blue eyes, is here.
A barmaid is here, serving drinks
A street cat leaves north.
Leowyn slides his hands to behind his back right clasped by the wrist of the left hand as his peacebond is purposely left unbound and stands
at ready.
You ask Sarion, 'Has your spirit returned as of yet?'
Sarion says, 'i apologize'
You smile at him.
Sarion says, 'Its nice to see you again baroness'
Sarion smiles happily.
You say to Sarion, 'It is not a problem, the spirits require we all roam different realms at times.'
Sarion nods.
You say to Sarion, 'As it is nice to see you, it has been a long time.'
Sarion says, 'Quite.. sorry for my absence but like you said sometimes we must be in other realms for a time'
You say to Sarion, 'This is our squire, Leowyn.'
Kylara smiles as she points toward Leowyn.
Sarion smiles happily.
You raise an eyebrow inquisitively at him.
You smile happily.
You say to Sarion, 'Good.'
You ask Sarion, 'Shall we sit?'
Sarion says, 'after you m'lady'
Leowyn offers a polite nod once to Sarion from his position of a protector towards the Baroness, then inclines his head once towards the
Baroness in an affirmative before he lets his sky blue eyes scan about.
Leowyn slides the chair he is holding carefully under the Baroness to take her seat first.
A street cat leaves north.
Kylara moves toward the table and turns to rest.
You sit down at candle-lit table and rest.
Sarion sits down at candle-lit table.
You ask Sarion, 'So tell me, where have you been for so long?'
Sarion says, 'soul-searching ... finding what i need in my life. Sadly i still haven't got that part figured out yet.'
You say, 'It is hard to find things we seek in all our lives. '
Sarion nods.
You say, 'But it is good you have returned, for much has changed in the lands.'
Sarion says, 'Boy have I noticed... I found out I don't remember my way around as much as i used to'
You chuckle politely.
You say to Sarion, 'The lands have shifted and grown even, sadly when our keep has been made smaller.'
You frown disapprovingly.
Sarion says, 'I am sorry to hear that.'
You say, 'But with time, Reiger will be restored. This I know for our family remains loyal.'
Sarion says, 'But no deduction could make the Karathos keep any less beautiful.'
You ask, 'Thank you for those kind words, for yes it is most beautiful still. What are your plans now that you have returned?'
Sarion says, 'I hope to advance in training as a warrior and making new friends because sadly, very few of mine are seen anymore. And if
granted I will serve Karathos til my dying days.'
You ask Sarion, 'So your loyalty does still hold for the Baron?'
Sarion says, 'Always and forever m'lady.'
You ponder the question.
You say to Sarion, 'Then I must tell you things so you will know the events that have happened in your absence.'
Sarion says, 'Im all ears.'
You say to Sarion, 'Long ago, when you where with us, our rules of the land where a bit stricter than those of others houses. They are still
as such and now more so.'
Sarion nods.
Leowyn remains quiet listening politely as his eyes slowly scan over the tavern.
You say to Sarion, 'The Baron has changed over the years, after our daughter was taken from us, he heart became heavy. He left for a long
period.'
You say to Sarion, 'I thought him dead, but did the best I could to maintain our home.'
Sarion says, 'Oh goodness, I'm sorry.'
You say to Sarion, 'I almost ruined all he had built, for I allowed people known for their killing into the Barony, more so for protection than their
loyalty.'
You sigh.
You say to Sarion, 'One day the Baron returned, but he was different. His time away had proven him to change.'
Sarion nods.
Sarion strokes his goatee while listening.
You say to Sarion, 'Perhaps he still blames himself and us in the family for Katerina, for I know I still do.'
Sarion asks, 'If i may interfere how was she taken?'
You say to Sarion, 'But we have agreed that we will build the strongest family in the lands.'
You sigh.
You say to Sarion, 'First Duke Alistair attempted to take her when she was very young, he wished her trained under his banner and we
would raise their first born.'
Sarion says, '... i see'
You say to Sarion, 'But then Tirome returned to the realm.'
Kylara gets a distant look on her face, as she turns pale.
Sarion comforts you.
You say to Sarion, 'Stephen Tirome took Katerine from us.'
You say to Sarion, 'It took us years to learn he had her.'
You say to Sarion, 'Little clues where given but without proof.'
Leowyn lets his eyes crease behind his visor for a moment, narrowing to twin points of ice before in a blink it is gone once more holding
steady his gaze and still.
You say to Sarion, 'Then Stephen sent his Concolor guards to kill me, they beat me badly in the city of Kisah.'
You say to Sarion, 'I was left for dead, but at the time, clinged to life. Sercina found me and nursed me back to health.'
Sarion 's hands turn to a tight fist .. but then relaxes them.
You say to Sarion, 'The Baron was sent messages so only he knew I was still alive,'
Sarion says, 'That is horrible, never should you go through such a time as that.'
You say to Sarion, 'All others thought me dead.'
Sarion shakes his head in anger.
You say to Sarion, 'Actually it is good it happened, for that night, is when I learned Katerina was alive.'
Sarion nods.
You say to Sarion, 'She was there the night they beat me, for she left her hair clasp in my hand.'
You say to Sarion, 'So I would know she lived.'
You say to Sarion, 'To this day, the ones here and the Baron are the only ones to know of the hairclip.'
Sarion asks, 'Is she being held against her will or is it a brainwashing scheme?'
You say to Sarion, 'After I recovered I returned to be by the Baron's side. Months later, Stephen and I crossed paths in the Park.'
Kylara begins to rub her hands together in a nervous fashion.
You say to Sarion, 'Stephen Tirome has not been seen since that meeting.'
You say to Sarion, 'His brother now rules Tirome.'
A merchant has arrived.
Sarion gets a look of confusion on his face.
You say, 'Trystram is his name. He has promised to return Katerina to us, but she has yet to come home.'
Leowyn starts writing a note.
A street sweeper leaves north.
Sarion says, 'hmm...'
You say, 'Both the guard he sent and Kat are now missing..'
You sigh.
Leowyn finishes his note.
You say, 'I tell you this so you can understand how it has affected the Baron.'
Leowyn says, 'I have searched every path and Road from the Barony to the eagles nest.'
You say, 'To gain access to the Barony is a quest within itself. For you will have to prove yourself worthy to serve by his side again.'
You say to Sarion, 'We do not take many to join our family, for we are a family. Loyal to the Baron, loyal to each other completely.'
Leowyn frowns deeply behind the visor, his voice touched very deeply in anger at himself for his failure of not finding her before his eyes turn
towards the other entering the place, a coldness within them towards the merchant forcing him almost to depart
Sarion asks, 'Is my faith in the past not enough?'
A merchant has arrived.
Leowyn tells the group 'hehehe wanna say.. But we do offer a great health care plan'
A merchant is slammed north.
A street sweeper is slammed north.
You say to Sarion, 'The past gives us reason, but you must decide if you're willing to face the challenge of joining us.'
Sarion says, 'I fear im not as strong as i used to be... i hope i can prove myself worthy'
A street sweeper has arrived.
You say to Sarion, 'Once you have proven yourself in the eyes of the Baron, your rewards while serving him shall be great.'
Leowyn looks at Sarion.
You say to Sarion, 'Your first quest will be to make yourself known to him, for time has removed much of his knowledge of past events.'
Leowyn says to Sarion, 'Strength comes from the heart and belief in what is right more then any arm or sword.'
You nod at Leowyn.
Sarion says, 'If that is true then my strength has never left.'
You say to Sarion, 'For know this, If I have come to you, then you have a champion within the house.'
Leowyn nods at Sarion.
Leowyn tells the group 'I like his attitude I wish I knew more of him though.'
You ask Sarion, 'Have you learned of the new crafts of the land?'
Sarion says, 'Probably not.. Please explain.'
You say, 'The ancients have allowed shards to be spread across the lands.'
You say, 'When 8 of the same color is obtained, or 4 if one is not above the rank of 40.'
You say, 'A craft can be learned. A dragon in the forest teaches it. He is a scary beast, but his knowledge is beyond belief.'
You say, 'Languages can also be learned with shards of purple or violet.'
Sarion says, 'amazing ...'
Sarion says, 'I always wanted to learn elven'
You say, 'I have been taught panning, I seek streams to pan for gold.'
You nod at Sarion.
You snicker softly.
Sarion smiles happily.
You say, 'You have those in the realm who can smelt metals... and craft weapons and armor.'
You say, 'Our house works toward gaining and improving these new crafts, so the barony can benefit.'
Sarion nods.
Sarion says, 'understood'
You say, 'We work as a team, the gain of one is the gain of the family.'
You say, 'But we still never loose our main focus, that of our members.'
You say to Sarion, 'The baron is away on business for a long while.'
You say to Sarion, 'If your heart is truly with my house, then seek out my others members. And make yourself known to them.'
Sarion chuckles politely.
You say to Sarion, 'Plan how you will present yourself to the Baron.'
Sarion says, 'it seems they often run into me.'
You smile at him.
You ask Sarion, 'Perhaps it is fate?'
Sarion says, 'Fate is a wonderous thing... '
Sarion says, 'I sure hope it is'
You say to Sarion, 'Do not hope, know it to be so. Search your heart that Reiger is the best choice for you.'
Sarion says, 'I know Reiger is the best choice for me .. i lived there for some time and it was the best years of my life. My services whether if
im in your house or not will always be for your taking.'
You say to Sarion, 'You do have a champion in me. For I would love the family we once had to return. Time has taken many away, so for
one to return, I knew I had to come to seek what his wishes for the future where.'
Sarion says, 'I'm glad you took the time to do so. I know your a busy baroness.'
Sarion smiles happily.
You say, 'My business is my family, for there is always time for them.'
Sarion says, 'Im glad you still think of me so.'
You say, 'My short time watching over the house taught me much. But I have always valued the members of my house above all else.'
Leowyn lightly tugs at the green scarf tied to his right arm for a moment as he peers about the place slowly.
Kylara glances toward Leowyn and smiles while she turns her attention back to Sarion.
You ask Sarion, 'Is there any questions that I may can answer for you?'
Leowyn offers a nod once towards Kylara as he then resumes slowly scanning about the tavern towards those that might be lurking outside.
Sarion says, 'The baron and yourself and the rest of our family has never given me one bad moment. That is what i loved about Karathos.'
You smile at him.
You say to Sarion, 'And age has allowed us to grow even stronger.'
Sarion says, 'I cant think of any at the present m'lady.'
You say, 'We shall be there for you if you think of any. And I shall pray to the goddess to assist you as you begin your path of returning
home.'
Sarion says, 'I thank you for your prayers for 2 prayers are always better than I '
Sarion smiles happily.
Leowyn turns his gaze from the doorway for a moment towards Sarion," If anyone gives you trouble within Stonegate tell me and I will see
them dealt with for now. If you ever need anything tell me as well and I shall do whatever I can to assist."
You say to Sarion, 'I shall leave a note for the baron of your interest in returning. But you must be the first to make yourself known to him.'
Sarion says, 'Thank you Leowyn.'
Sarion says, 'Then i shall do so.'
You dazzle Sarion with your smile.
Sarion says, 'I'll pray for your daughter as well. She will be brought back to you.'
Sarion says, 'Then i shall pray for that as well.'
Leowyn mutters under his breath of about decapitating a few eagles if he doesn't find out soon.
Sarion chuckles politely.
You say, 'Then I shall return to my collection equipment for gold before it grows too dark outside.'
Sarion nods.
You say to Sarion, 'I have enjoyed talking to you again, next time, you get to tell me all you have seen and done while you've been away.'
Sarion says, 'It will be my pleasure m'lady.'
Sarion smiles happily.
Sarion stands up.
You say to Sarion, 'I promise to allow you time to speak.'
You snicker softly.
You stand up.
Leowyn offers a respectful bow before Sarion his right fist sliding about from his back to press against the upper left hand portion of his chest.
You say, 'Seems I have been rambling again.'
You snicker softly.
Sarion bows before Leowyn.
Kylara glances toward Leowyn and smiles.
Sarion says, 'Im not much the social type m'lady but ill open up for you '
Sarion chuckles politely.
You dazzle Sarion with your smile.
Leowyn then the gauntlet disappears once more to behind him as he pulls out the chair for the Baroness and slides it to the side and within
the table.
You say to Sarion, 'Good, for I do so love to hear about everyone's life.'
Sarion says, 'I cant say its full of excitement.. but i shall leave nothing out.'
You ask Leowyn, 'Do you wish to join me while I hunt? Or do you have other duties the Baron left you?'
You dazzle Sarion with your smile.
Leowyn shakes his head slowly," Your sister right now is resting and I place two guards near her so she is safe. "
You say to Sarion, 'I now have something to look forward to.. I hope our paths cross again soon.'
You nod at Leowyn.
Sarion says, 'Im sure they will m'lady. I'll count the days.'
You say to Leowyn, 'I'm sure you have left her completely safe, I would expect no less from you when it concerned Karissa.'
Leowyn says to you, 'Therefore I am free for now, my own training for the day at the lance has bettered far more then I had believed possible
and I was able to procure a residence for my Cousin to stay at next to your Sisters since I did not expect her to be her'
Leowyn says, 'here.'
You nod at Sarion.
Leowyn blushes.
Leowyn turns bright red at that and inclines his head once.
Sarion says, 'ooooooh'
You raise an eyebrow inquisitively at him.
Sarion coughs loudly.
Sarion says, 'sorry'
Leowyn clears his throat and peers towards Sarion," Do you need anything while you are within the town of Stonegate?"
Leowyn looks at Sarion.
Sarion says, 'One million gold in small coins '
Sarion chuckles politely.
Leowyn shakes his head.
Leowyn says, 'I dont have that many but if you need some coins say so.'
Leowyn says to Sarion, 'We shall need to get ye a sheath I see, the Gelathians will take ye weapon if it is out.'
Sarion says, 'Honestly I would ask your opinion on my equipment and help me maybe if you could help me upgrade a bit.'
Leowyn looks at Sarion.
You say, 'Perhaps our hunt should take us there, for there is much silver to gain in that area.'
Sarion clasps a thick mane around his neck.
Sarion says, 'hehehe'
Leowyn nods.
Leowyn says, 'good'
Leowyn sits down and thinks deeply.
Leowyn looks at Sarion.
Leowyn sits down and thinks deeply.
Leowyn says, 'Stay here one moment Milady'
Leowyn bows deeply.
Sarion smiles happily.
Leowyn pulls out a chair for the baroness," One moment please?"
You nod.
You sit down at candle-lit table and rest.
Sarion says, 'She is in good hands '
Leowyn leaves north.
A bay Clydesdale horse leaves north.
Sarion smiles happily.
Sarion stops using a bone-hilted long sword.
You give a jeweled bracelet to Sarion.
You say, 'that is one thing he looks for.'
You snicker softly.
Sarion says, 'hehe'
Sarion fits a jeweled bracelet around his left wrist.
look sarion
Before you stands Sarion Hawk. His hair is dark brown and his eyes are blue as the ocean.
It seems as though he stands around six feet
tall and dripping wet he couldn't weigh more than 250.
On his face is a goatee which seems very nicely kept and there is one more
detail that stands out. A scar, over his left eye. It stands out more than anything else.
You will never see him without a sword at his hip. Unless its sticking in you.
You ask Sarion, 'Does your training progress well?'
Sarion says, 'Very slowly m'lady ... but I am not an impatient man .. but ... sheesh'
You ponder the question.
Leowyn has arrived, riding on a bay Clydesdale horse.
A barmaid asks, 'Hello! sit down, make yourself comfortable! Can I get you anything?'
A barmaid giggles.
Leowyn dismounts from a bay Clydesdale horse.
Leowyn bows before you.
You smile at him.
Leowyn gives a jeweled bracelet to Sarion.
Leowyn gives a pair of swordsman gloves to Sarion.
Sarion fits a jeweled bracelet around his right wrist.
Sarion stops using a pair of cyanite gauntlets.
Sarion wears a pair of swordsman gloves on his hands.
Leowyn moves to offer the mask of the eagle then notices the eagle on and it shakes his head," That isnt worth spitting on."
Leowyn drops an eagle mask.
Leowyn sacrifices an eagle mask to the Ancients.
Leowyn says to you, 'He will need some good old cyanite armor.'
Sarion looks at himself.
Leowyn gets a pretzel from a pair of saddlebags.
Leowyn says, 'eat those if you are ever in true need.'
Leowyn sits down and thinks deeply.
Leowyn gets a black almond from a pair of saddlebags.
Sarion says, 'thank you'
Leowyn nods at Sarion.
Leowyn says to Sarion, 'I will get you some cyanite after I assist Milady Baroness in her hunt'
You stand up.
Sarion says, 'Take your time'
Sarion says, 'Happy Hunting'
Leowyn bows before Sarion.
Sarion bows deeply.
Leowyn says to Sarion, 'If you need anything tell me'
Sarion says, 'I will , and thanks again.'
You smile at him.
Leowyn now follows you.
You say to Sarion, 'welcome back.'
Leowyn gets a gebendarian lance from a satchel.
You smile at him.
Sarion says, 'thank you'
Sarion smiles happily.
Leowyn stops using the blade of the forgotten sea.
Leowyn grasps a gebendarian lance in his left hand.
Leowyn readies the blade of the forgotten sea as their secondary weapon.
You wave goodbye to Sarion.
Leowyn tightens his grip on a gebendarian lance.
Leowyn hops on a bay Clydesdale horse's back.
Sarion bows deeply.
You curtsey to him.
You wave goodbye to Sarion.
Sarion waves happily.
